Bradley W. Nemeth
 

Bradley W. Nemeth is an attorney with a practice that focuses on counseling of individuals, partnerships, corporations and in matters related to taxation, estate planning, business entities and asset protection.

Mr. Nemeth graduated from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland in 1970, with a Bachelor of Science Degree. While at the Naval Academy, he served as vice president of his class. Upon graduation from the Naval Academy, he completed naval flight training and subsequently served in a number of flying billets with aircraft carriers. His shore assignments included service on the staff of a Fleet Commander in a Chief as a Policy Officer. Through advanced education, training and experience, he was designated a Political Military Specialist by the United States Navy.

Mr. Nemeth was awarded a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of San Diego, School of Law, in 1983, and was admitted to practice in the State of California in the same year. In 1991, he was awarded a Master of Taxation Degree (L.L.M.) from the University of San Diego, School of Law. During that course of study, he was recognized for the highest achievement in both corporate tax and state and local taxation.

Mr. Nemeth is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California, Federal District Courts, and the United States Tax Court. He is a Certified Legal Specialist in Estate Planning, Trusts and Probate by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.

Mr. Nemeth is a member of the law firm of Nemeth and Coffin, LLP. Additionally, he is Chairman of the Board of Pacific Ship Repair and Fabrication, Inc. Mr. Nemeth is committed to community service. He is a national Vice President of the Navy League of the United States and serves on: the board of directors of the San Diego County Junior Golf Association; the board of directors of the Armed Services YMCA; and the board of directors of the United Cerebral Palsy Foundation. He has been selected for inclusion in "Who's Who of American Executives."
