• Assuming that everyone is in agreement after the preliminary conversations, set up and arrange for a meeting for the initial consultation. Most of the time the initial meeting will commence with 30-45 minutes at no charge, assuming that you are not an established client.

• If you are an established client, you know that you have problems from the outset, and therefore, charges will be incurred from the outset.

• Execution of a Retainer Agreement and payment of fees to Trust Account, pursuant to the Retainer Agreement, or in percentage or contingency agreements, the execution of the Retainer Agreement with a resolution as to how costs will be handled in the case.

• Commencement of your work, whether it be transactional or litigation.

• Ongoing work outlining goals to achieve and deadlines that have to be met.

• Successful resolution either through completion of transaction and/or completion of trial and/or settlement negotiations.
